Raw Metal Corp has reached a major business milestone celebrating its 10th birthday this July.
“Thanks must go to our wonderful customers, big and small, who have supported Raw Metal Corp from our beginning ten years ago,” said Todd Wanless. Brett Crosby, General Manager said at the celebratory cake cutting “It has been exciting to watch our customers continue to grow over the years and to be part of the Raw Metal Corp family. We pride ourselves on our focus on customer service and believe that building strong relationships based on trust has been key to our success.”
They would also like to thank the incredible staff they have working in the Wacol and Mackay yards, in the office and the weighbridge, on the machines, the transport drivers and the sales team. They have all put in a huge effort to produce another successful year for Raw Metal Corp.
It has also been a busy year with the planning and installation of more equipment to double the capacity at its Wacol yard. The Mackay yard which houses the only scrap metal shredder in North Queensland has proved a gamechanger for scrap metal recycling in the north. The north Queensland market has been enjoying strong prices and improved service since our arrival.
Our trading hours have grown to Monday to Friday 6.30am to 4.30pm and Saturdays 6.30am to 12.00pm to give our customers every opportunity to bring in their scrap metal, big and small.
