Spartan Race To Fire Up Suncorp Stadium

The footy season is just around the corner, but gladiators of a different type will be out in force at Suncorp Stadium this Saturday.

On Saturday 27 February, Suncorp Stadium will be transformed into Queensland’s first stadium obstacle race course when the Spartan Stadium Series makes its way to this iconic venue for the first event in the Spartan 2016 calendar.

Spartan Race is an event that demands racers push their physical and mental limits to new levels to see if they have what it takes to be a Spartan!

The 6km Suncorp Stadium course will present a gruelling range of challenges and obstacles, including the Spartan 300 race finale – a Spartan Ninja Warrior gauntlet with racers going head-to-head over an intense 300m non-stop obstacle rollercoaster ride.

Todd Wanless of Raw Metal Corp will be lining up to tackle the Spartan Race in a corporate team that also includes Ali Cemo of CG Recruitment.

They have been hard in training and will be put to the Spartan test at Suncorp Stadium this Saturday.
